wifi off, then on but pumps not connecting

Hi everyone
My wifi went out earlier today (I'm at work) and then the wifi came back on but my SICCE pump and Gyers aren't turning back on for some reason. I have a fish only tank so I'm not super concern at the moment. I need to knwo when I should start worrying and if anyone has had issues with their pumps acting like this.

If you have zero circulation in your tank corals or not I’d worry after 2-3 hours! Especially with fish as the o2 levels drop fast!
