I made an earlier post about hawkfish with cleaner shrimp, but now I ask will an 80G be large enough for a mated pair. My current tank has a pajama cardinal, 2 clowns, yellow tail damsel and large cleaner shrimp. Please comment.

I have 1 in my 45G... So you should be good for 80G... don’t worry about cleaner shrimp. Mine hasn’t bothered any inverts!! Especially when large.

I had my flame and long-nose in a 75 for a while (now upgraded to a 110). They were totally fine as they're not big on swimming around, but hop around from place to place. More important to have lots of rock caves & ledges, as they like to perch and observe their surroundings. My long-nose loves to sit in caves or under overhangs to hunt for amphipods. They are both characters for sure
