Was wondering if any of you have experience with using copper in a acrylic aquarium. Will it discolor the acrylic over time? Thank you very much for your help.

Why would you need to dose copper, you are aware of what can die from copper right.

Well yes. This is for a fish only system (QT). To prevent disease and parasites. This is not for a display or reef system.
