Someone said millepora acros don’t make it past 3-4 years. They said you’d be hard pressed to find a millepora colony in a tank long term, and it specifically applies to millepora.

Is this true?

They used to say the earth was flat as well :)

Teasing. Never read this before but I'd say negative ghost rider. Did they give a specific species in the genus or was it just a blanket statement? Was it a single person? Did they provide anything to support their experience or thoughts?

I have one but it is only 3 years old. First one, and only one. Seems to be doing fine but not growing as fast as other Acropora I am keeping. Never give it much thought.

Got the original frag of this heaven n hell milli in 2012 or 2013. This current colony is about 4 years of growth maybe 15” across. Not at its best after a tank transfer but basically bullet proof and has survived multiple crashes. I’d say milli are one of the hardier Acropora

I would love to buy a frag of this if you ever frag it.
