It has no cap and was left with a mini turkey baster in it for weeks now-kinda acting like a lid does it still work? I dont think the vitamins, etc evaporate right?

Was it Refrigerated after it was opened? The nutrients in it will begin to break down over time and this process is expedited by exposure to air and warm temps so if it was Refrigerated it would slow this process. It's probably fine, but I would expect some degree of degradation.
