I picked up a snowflake eel that is maybe 9 inches. I also have a flame scallop in the same tank and was wondering if the snowflake moray will try to eat it if its hungry? Also is a snowflake eel a true eel?

It is definitely possible that the Snowflake will at least try to eat the Scallop...especially if they are underfed......and yes, they are true Moray Eels.

Completely based on personality. Some will tear through inverts like a kid with Xmas presents. I had one the was a model citizen and would hang out with his fire shrimp buddy all day
