My Toadstool seems "droopy" to me. The toadstools on Google images don't look like mine. A lot of them are kinda folded. Is it a flow issue? Does it look like he's going down hill or am I just over analyzing it?

I can't see the pic :S
Doesn't sound like too much of an issue. Perhaps do a larger than normal water change and see how it reacts?
Is it possible it's stretching upward instead of drooping downward? What lighting do you have?

Hmmm, I couldn't see the picture before and was thinking it was maybe reaching for more light. I can see the pic now and it doesn't look unhappy or anything.
Do your clowns try to get it to host them? It could just be a bit stressed from being rubbed by fish all day.

I've noticed them picking at the rock around it but never rub against it. At least that I've seen

Since the polyps are out I would say its fine. Shape could be do to lighting though hard to say. If its not bringing its polyps out or wasting away in spots then I don't think you have anything to worry about.
