Will the polyps return on my birdsnest

I accidentally had a birdsnest bleach a month ago due to low nitrate. Have since fixed my params. Seems the polyps are slowly returning. Will they entirely return?
alk 8.5 calc 420 mag 1300 nitrate 5ppm phos .06ppm. Tank is about 1.5 years old

It should regrow and that is not a birds nest either. That would be a Pocillopora Damicornis.
