Just got this torch and frogspawn today. I have a couple of euphyllia but dont remember them being flat when they came in. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help them along? In one photo, I have circle a hole in the torch and a tear in the frogspawn.

All the euphyllia I've had were more recessed the first day but slowly opened and looked healthy in a few hours. I'd be concerned in your case with the open mouth and drooping on the torch, and there is a lot of skeleton showing on the frog. Keep an eye on them. They should be puffing up, not melting. Hopefully they pull through for you.
