I found this video on YouTube "world's smallest DIY water pump" and I thought it was interesting not sure on the reliability/longevity of it, but for some of those pico jars etc it could be a possible option. Tell me what you think.

 
That's a great little video little complex if one doesn't have a vice, but definitely worth a look such a powerful tiny thing

Too bad but these are brushed DC quadcopter motors. They have a life expectancy of 10 - 20 h.
Not a problem if you are using them for a toy with a flight time of 2-3 minutes, but not useful for a pump except for demonstration purposes.
