Worm I'd please

I saw this the other day in a piece of live rock that I recently got and was wondering if their bad ?

Not sure about first picture but the other is a bristle worm. Not bad but I wouldn't add it back. They have spines that'll stick you if you accidently grab them.

First pic looks like peanut worms. The are good guys.

The other looks like a bristle worm. On the last one is that water around it? Or part of the worm?

Its water around it actually the last 3 pics it's the same worm
