Found this worm like object dead on the bottom of my QT tank, it's about 8mm long and 2 to 3mm of diameter.

The QT was setup using air filter sponges seeded in my 45 gal established tank.

I had two fishes in the QT, one very small longnose hawkfish that died this morning (7th day), and a Medium/Large Midas Blenny which is healthy.

Last night I added another filter sponge from my 45gal sump in-tank to the QT.
It was clean, no debris or critters over it.

Thanks!
