Worms? HELP

So last night I found this worm/centipede looking thing in my tank. Pretty sure it's a hitchhiker, but not sure whether it is a bristle worm or fire worm. There are two of them in the tank, both have mostly black bodies with a much lighter color at both end of it.

What are these? Are they good or bad?

Just bristle worms it looks like. They are good just don't touch them.
