I've noticed these worms in my refugium and swimming in my main tank. They don't look like normal bristle worms to me... they have pretty obvious eyes and antenae and they move differently. Am I crazy or are these something else? Eunice? Bobbitt?

Some type of eunicid worm. Possibly an oenone species.

Do you occasionally see clear mucus “blob” on your sand, or around dead snails?

I've noticed blobs at the bottom of the refugium. But never in the display tank. That doesn't mean they aren't there though.

Do they eat coral or otherwise pose a threat to the tank?
Some Eunice worms so, but I don't think yours is a Eunice. Definitely not a Bobbit.

Count the tentacles on the head (forgive me, I'm struggling with counting them in the video) - 5 tentacles is a Eunicid worm, 4 is a Dorvilleid worm. Dorvilleids are good; a lot of Eunicids are good too, but there are a handful of problematic ones (the common problem ones have a white ring on the body near the head).
