Worms/Pest on glass? Parasite?

These are very small. Can barely see them with my eye but I used a high power magnifying glass over the camera lens to capture an image an video. Please tell me these aren't bad. But if they are how do I remove them!?

Can’t see the video and pics are pretty blurry. But I’m guessing based on the explanation and the photos they’re just copepods. When they move, is it a smooth worm like movement or a more erratic start and stop type of movement?

What size are they. They kind of remind me the feather duster’s before they settle except the size doesn’t match the ones I have seen

Probably 1/32" or 1/16" smaller than copepods it seems. There's quite alot, they are on the sand aswell bit cant notice them unless I look really really hard.

If they are red I would guess planaria, though the shape is a little off (they’re sort of rectangular). Planaria are flat worms that while mostly harmless, can get to plague proportions and smother corals. I’m thinking they’re definitely not copepods now (they do have a larval stage, but they’re crustacean-like.

There is no triangular head, so I don't think it's planaria. Pls help.
