To reduce the population of bristle worms .
cut back on feedings until nutrients lower .
they are feeding on something whether it’s something that passed or excess foods .

large water changes will eventually help with the algae .
what’s your water source ?
lighting and light schedule
I followed a reef bulk video on the ai prime

That is a perfect accessible size tank for the work shown above, you can easily find in that thread a matching tank to yours along with its outcome

Some patches did grow back but i will be dealing with it all again a couple more times to make sure its all gone.
It manly came back on my glass and pumps. And few spots on the rocks i probs didnt fully scrub the first time.
Usually my entire tank would be fully green and it would be a big issues. I defently see good results. And no chemicals so that was safe and no worries. My corals bounced back my perms have stayed level. Biggest issues i had was a started to develope a film on top and it was thick. So changed somw pumps around and no isses sonce. Chrystal clear water and i did notice my zoas are sitting lower now.
My nems still being wierd lol

Ill post some more in a few days for anyone interested on how well this worked cause i belive this should be the way instead of any chemicals
It took me 2 hours to scrub but i was taking breaks so an hour id say.
And next time i scrub it'll be less toke cause less alage. Win win thank you reed family for the suggestion saves my little reef :)

hey nice that's great Ill link you to our big cleaning threads. two clarifying questions so I know which one to link to: was the sandbed tap water rinsed here or was it rock cleaning/have a rock cleaning specific thread if no sand blasting was done

nice job on follow through and execution. I don't recall seeing anthelia coral with glowing tips like that, nice find there too

I cleaned my sand the best i coukd but i do more work on the rocks and everything's else in the tank. Sand got messy so i tried to use my hands and a scoop to take out major issues i could see

That coral was just one head when i got it and it wasnt colourful. Buddy said it was a soft coral and could help suck up nutrients. Its changed alot over the year.

I was very new so i just scooped it up
Turned into one of my fav corals

Nem has changed for better. Lost some color which its getting back from the tanks cleans. I assume aggressive cleaning like that was ticking it off.

Slowly been re stabalizing them
Your nitrates were very low as is your Alkalinity. Both will make an anemone unhappy. Increase your alk slowly.
What are your current parameters?
Slowly been re stabalizing them. I have another water change tomorrow wherr im going to be cleaning my equipment again to.
