Worried for diamond goby

Last night my goby jumped from the tank I’m not sure how long he was out of the water for (at least 5 minutes max an hour)
I put him in the tank asap and he floated for a sec then I flipped him upright and he swam a little bit got to the bottom and just sat there breathing, he was there last night, was there before I went to work, and was there when I got home. Any advice? (I have a new tank lid coming in a few days to prevent this from happening again).

So sorry that this happened.
The video wasn’t working for me, but hope he pulls through. I’m guessing that he could have anything from a traumatic injury to brain damage from lack of oxygen. Hope he’s not suffering.

Seems to be doing a little better now has swam to its house and to caves a few times, still just breathing no digging or sifting yet but I’m hopeful :)
