I decided to try a new filter media in my hob filter. This was a huge mistake. The media was too dense which caused it to clog over the night. I woke up to a gurgling noise and now I am cleaning up half of my 20g off the living room floor. Salinity dropped to 1.024 so I think my live stock might be okay for the most part. I'm just worried about the floor. Ugh!
to bad it isn't carpet, I just rent a carpet cleaner and take advantage of a bad situation. clean the carpet and suck up the excess water all at once. I hate to say it but my carpets look great thanks to my tank.

It's a manufactured home which means once you are through the floor you are on the cement slab the house sits on. No crawlspace or anything

The amount of water you are talking about isn’t going to matter regardless of the type of house it is. It will dry and as long as it doesn’t continuously get wet it won’t have any issues with mold.

Just got home from work so time for an update... no coral is showing any sign of stress. They look like nothing has ever happened. The only coral that looks different is my sunkist bounce mushroom mother colony. And even then it just look irritated from possibly a crab. No floor damage I'm lucky it didnt happen while I was at work

Excuse me, but you are concerned with a little water...did you notice you have a T-rex?

Ouch. For that swelling, place a towel over the linoleum and apply a hot iron and go back and forth over towel. The floor should flatten out
