Worst tank you’ve ever seen?

This is the worst tank I’ve ever seen. Not mine but at a local hair salon. The lights really are on. Everything is covered with algae or cyano. Surprised to see that a single clownfish is living in that.

Rock...I think. It had algae six inches long, or more coming off of it.

At least the lid is covered, I bet if it was open or mesh the amount of aerosol products would be an additional detriment.

I would see this as a opportunity to teach the willing how to have a much nicer tank.
I would ask who's tank is it. They might not even work there any more. Then if any one was willing you could look at the system and point out a few helpful things that would improve the tank that would not cost money. Donating a few old tools if they have none . Top off with distilled water each day from that water cooler. A maintance list right next to the "whos working today" schedule. Frozen food in the freezer instead of those flakes and pellets. .....
