Hi everyone,

First time setting up a fish tank and have done tons of research but wanted to triple check that this stock list is not overcrowded or that there are any compatibility issues,

1x yellow watchman goby (pair with pistol shrimp)
2x blue neon gobies

INVERTS
1x skunk cleaner/red fire shrimp (depends on how much budget left)
1x tiger pistol shrimp (pair with watchman goby)
2-3x cerith snails
1x porcelain crab
1x rock flower anemone

have sicce syncra silent 0.5 pump, 2 inches of caribsea fiji pink sand, also trying to select skimmer.

Thank you all for your time.

In my opinion the tank is not overstocked. Regarding the porcelain crab: if you plan on keeping corals, there might be a chance that the crab snacks some of the corals.

Why not getting a few trochus snails in addition? They are very good glass cleaners XD

i cant think

I have a tank of a very similar size and it has this stocking list (it is including all the Macros & Coral and not just inverts/fish).
**FISH**
Pseudocheilinops ataenia - Pink Streak Wrasse (x2 - PAIR)
Koumansetta rainfordi - Rainford’s Goby
Callogobius amikami - Amikami Goby

**MACROALGAE**
Caulerpa prolifera
Caulerpa sertularioides
Caulerpa lentifollia
Halymenia maculata
Gracilaria mammilaris
Gracilaria parvispora

**CORAL**
GobStopper Zoanthid
Green Star Polyp
4x Photosynthetic Gorgonia sp.
Forest Fire Rhodactis
Green Fuzzy Rhodactis
Green Striped Discosoma
Orange Clove Polyp
Jasmin Clove Polyp

**INVERTEBRATES**
Mithraculus sculptus - Emerald Crab
Neopetrolisthes maculatus - Pink Anemone Crab
Lybissia tessellata - Pom Pom Crab
Allogalathea elegans - Elegant Squatlobster
Thor amboinensis - Sexy Shrimp
Conomurex luhuanus - Strawberry Conch
Astraea phoebia - Spiny Astraea Snail x2

And the FTS of the tank (from both sides).

I’m done with the fish side of stocking, maybe I’ll get a blue stripe pipefish or two but that’s the only fish I’d really have. Invert wise, I have plans for a fair amount more. Including 2-3 more sexy shrimp and a Pederson’s cleaner shrimp. But is it overstocked? Nope, my skimmer struggles to pull out skimmate due to the macros taking all of the nutrients! It all balances out nicely.

Thanks everyone, looking to buy a bubble magus nano q now. Was also wondering if anyone has tried sanding rocks down to place against the back, worried it might become a detritus trap if I don’t glue it and if I do it will be significantly harder to prune and maintain faster growing corals. Here are some photos of the tank.
