I have this brand new 75 g aqueon tank and noticed a bubble between the two panes of glass, wondering if this is safe to use or not?

Looks too perfectly round to be an air bubble. Do they use spacers to maintain gap thickness between the panels as part of their manufacturing process?

If so, and other aqueons have them, then I wouldn't worry about it. (e.g. not a hollow cavity that can easily give way).

Absolutely not and not repairable

None of my other aqueon tanks have this

I’m looking on my phone and if it is a spacer inside the silicone I would ask the manufacturer what they recommend, and get that in writing.

And always fill check out side.

Well I guess this might not be such a bad thing because I’m going with glass cages now :D
