Is it possible to have multiple Fairy Wrasses in 1 tank, say a Pintail Fairy Wrasse and a Crescent Fairy Wrasse, along with a Blue Flasher Wrasse in a 120 gal tank?

As long as you are sticking to the generally peaceful varieties you should be okay. Be aware though that certain varieties that are listed as peaceful can be a bit more assertive (ie Whipfin, Red Head Salon or Solar Wrasse).
