The LFS didn't know what this wrasse was... she was sick and brought her home. Six months later, she is doing great but not sure what type of wrasse she is... guessing female yellow fin wrasse? Any ideas?

Kudos to you for taking in the fish and bringing it back to health. Fairly certain it's not P. flavianalis, given the markings and the ocellus (eye spot) near the caudal fin. Looks to be a Cirrhilabrus sp. wrasse, but not sure which one. Perhaps @evolved or @eatbreakfast will chime in here.

Originally, I thought it was a Cirrhilabrus flavidorsalis... But it could be a Cirrhilabrus joanallenae or a Cirrhilabrus rubripinnis because of the blue stripes?

Because of the striping it is a female of the rubripinnis complex. Most likely rubeus, but could also be joanallenae, or africanus.
