Wrasse is Flashing/Swimming Erratically in QT

Long story short - got ich in my dt end of January. Posted about it on here and got help. Took all my rocks and corals out of dt into new tank I had cycling and turned 50 gallon dt into quarantine tank.

Fish have been in quarantine with copper safe at therapeutic for 18 days now. I don’t have another qt so I planned on doing the full 30. Everyone has been doing well and no more spots, eating lots 3x per day with frozen spiralina and mysis, pellets, phyto and selcon all mixed together.
As of tonight copper levels are at 2.10 ppm as per Hanna but I noticed my fairy wrasse acting off. He has been great this whole time and was fine this morning, he’s been eating like a pig but tonight is swimming all over the tank erratically and almost flashing, pacing up and down walls. He loves sleeping in his sand hole but tonight won’t seem to settle.

I’m at a loss at this point because what could it possibly be now? I can’t get prazipro in Canada so please suggest something else effective if needed.

Lights are off but I used flash to try and get better quality. Ammonia alert says 0.

The fish I see is chasing its reflection known as glass surfing and the sand in the tank may be absorbing some of the medication. I also have no faith in ammonia badge especially when exposed to medication. I encourage a physical at an LFS that does not use Api test kits

Hi there,
I am sure the sand has absorbed some of the meds. I’ve been testing every few days though and dosing a little more if needed. Coppersafe is therapeutic between 1.5 and 2.5 and it hasn’t dipped lower than 2.00 during this time.
I don’t have faith in the badge either but was instructed it’s the only thing closest to what can test cause all other liquids kits will be affected by the copper. It is a fully established tank, as it was their dt before, and all other fish are acting completely normal. 2 clowns and a royal gramma.

Were you able to see both videos? This isn’t his normal behaviour by any means.

I just went down to check on him again after being upstairs for 45 minutes and he has settled into his usual spot on the sand bed.

Coppersafe starts to work at 2.0.
1.5 has no effect and if any parasites present will allow a given disease to take hold of a fish. Treat at 2.15 - 2.25
