Hey all! I recently acquired a 50gal wide tank to further my journey along in the saltwater hobby (my other and intro tank being an evo 13.5). I have begun the cycling process and plan on not getting fish for a while now, but was throughly interested in some wrasse. I was wondering if anyone had some tips or input on what might work best? I hope to move my inhabitants of my 13.5 to the 50 once its cycled, its just a pair of clowns and a small watchman goby. Thanks for any help.

Depends what you want from a wrasse. Some are long slender swimmers acting almost like tangs while some are a bit slower flashy and hang around in low flow.

I like the Carpenter's Flasher and the Ruby Red-finned Fairy Wrasses.

Those are very cool fish that could fit in a 50 easily

Mostly I would like something that would be moving a fair bit around the tank, something to counter the generally small movement area of my clowns.
