i have an xl christmas wrasse from hawaii that ive had for 6-7 months and has been doin great tonight when i fed he was hiding and swimming funny not upside fdown yet but kinda in spirals any thoughts ? Only fish acting like this

Spinning is not good. I've not seen fish come back from that. It can come from jumping and hitting a hard object or a fish version of a heart attack.

depends on the spinning, my wrasses spin before going to bed, like a dog would before lying down. Is that the spinning?

Yes, a video would help!
That is true. But I think of that as more of circling, whereas when I think of a fish spinning it is more of a spastic barrel roll.

X2 unfortunately

I have also lost fish like this. I had a Flame push the screen up on my cover and he swam in a spiral before dying. Sorry.

Agree, provided we're talking about haphazard motions/rolls.
