WTB: Hang On Back skimmer and refugium

I'm coming back the hobby after about 3 years away and all I have room to setup now is a 46 gallon bowfront. The tank comes with a canister filter but I want to go the skimmer/refugium route and am wondering what's available. Thanks!

Anyone have an old penguin wheel hang on filter laying around? I've seen them converted into refugiums as well.
