The Lymphocystis is gone on the angel. I have always wanted to run ozone on a tank

Next project will be to set up a tank to keep live food for the eel and lion in the fishroom.

What live foods are you planning to start with?

I had him for a while before I put up the ozone with no changes. After I started the ozone the white growths turned brown and shrank. Now they are gone.
Whatever it was I am happy.

I got the rocks glued in. I got it on me and it wont come off. The delivery tube exploded right in the middle.
sigh.
It sort of looks like I want. I took a hammer and chisel to the marco rock. Whatever it is it isnt rock.
Turns to white powder. The structure is much coarser than the pics they show you.

Oh well it is done.
Sorry abput the crappy pic. I dont feel well and am a bit grumpy today

IMG_1528-L.jpg

I will let it sit and cure for a day now. There is only one rock in there that isnt glued down. The one in the center on top.

Went to the doctor yesterday. They had to stab me four times to get blood. I didn't feel a thing which is part of why I went too.
Lots of scary words. I dont care. I am tired of feeling like crap. I have things to do.

Jeanna got her first vet school interview. Exciting expensive times ahead. I would like to be here to see them.

The Condi got sucked into one of the strainers I had stuck in a drain bulkhead. He only made it half way through. I tried to free him but he didn't make it.
I had to drain the tank down to get the strainer out because of the suction on it
So the
Overflow project is complete. The 240 sat overnight only 2/3 full with a heater in it. I got it all running again this morning.
The beautiful modular marine box I ordered wouldn't fit. The holes in the tank are 2 low and it would have dropped the water level 1.5 inches. I have parts to 2 Eshopps PF1000 overflows so I took my Dremel tool to them and made 2 overflow boxes and glued them over the bulkheads.

The return pumps are back to 90% capacity and it's quiet.
Time to clean up the mess.
Next is the Hang the Light and Make Tops project for the 75. I bought glass tops for a 75 at Petsmart but they are too narrow and just fall in the tank. So I will make some or have some glass cut somewhere.

All planned fish tank projects are complete. I did a test and with the new overflow installed killing the power to all 3 tanks is safe with no flooding.
I made screen tops with 1/4 inch netting and hung the light.
I did a 80 gallon water change on the system this morning. No reason why. I just feel like I should once in a while.
I am going to set up a 10 gallon tank for some live food and order the snowflake eel and a fuzzy dwarf lion for the 75 tomorrow.

It all turned out like this.
I am happy and I am happy I am done.

This tank has an emperor angle in it. I ordered one and got a tiny baby. He is eating the goo in the tank right now and seems happy.
I decided to let him grow a while and will move him to the 75 once he gets to big for the eel to eat.
before I try to get him into the 240.

I need to organize the fish room, put stuff away and clean up.
It might look funky but it all works really well actually.
