A little hectic from the live sale.. but did ok.. lets get the "bad" over with first (most prob due to the "live sale", tiredness, etc..):

no coral freebies?? between my friend and i, prob ~ $800-1000 bucks of coral, and no coral freebies?? isn't that a standard? (we did get a bottle of supplement) i would have been happy with some gsp! :o)

a little upset that some of us stayed up for 24 hours and didnt win any prizes.. and it took several days to figure out the winner... and then the next set of drawings included everyone.. (maybe im just jealous! :o)

should have been a bit clearer on the shipping. We thought it we going to get to us by 12pm. but it was going to be 4:30pm. luckily we were able to hold it and get it at the drop off center.

now the good:

great phone contact. answered by the like 2nd ring every time!

bent over to answer questions and added several frags to the order that i didnt think they had!

great packing! best i think i have seen for a large order!

arrived in great shape!

But atleast you had the chance to win $500! Not everyone got that! That is what a contest that involves drawing names is about!

I think you are being a little harsh criticizing them for not throwing in a freebie. Every single item they sold was at a major discount, the discounts are enough freebies for me. I will take the discounted sale items everyday over some crappy freebie that is thrown in. Most times I get a freebie from a different vendor and its something that I dont even want because its lousy.

I have spent thousands with WWC over the years and never worried about getting a freebie, because they have some of the best service and corals out there.

As for not winning anything for staying up for 24 hrs, well thats how it was advertised, sorry you didnt win.

I didn't give them an f! ;0) just my opinion.. easy 100% if there would have been a little suprize in the box. Even the bottle of vitamin c was a nice touch! I care about discounts but it is also the little things that make the difference and add the "touch". Every single person (except one) has given a freebie. Not a crappy one either just something remotely nice.. as a thanks..

I thought I came across as kidding about the contest, but guess not. The $500 was obviously fair.. Since there were only 5 of us who stayed up for the full shebang, I thought we would have gotten something, but no biggie.

Again, overall great job by wwc!
