Hopefully someone can move this to the right forum as I can’t post to the vendor feedback forum from my phone.
Over the last year I have placed several orders with WWC, including their live sales. I have had an issue with my order not shipping on time 4 or 5 times. Each time I had to contact them to let them know it didn’t ship on time, and each time it was a “system issue” where my order was logged to ship on the wrong date in their system, even though my order confirmation showed the correct date. His happened again with the last live sale. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I contacted them like each prior time and they said it would ship today for delivery tomorrow. Alas, no shipping confirmation again. So I contacted them to have a manager call me. Hopefully someone will in the morning.
Like many of you, I work full time and have to adjust my schedule so I am home to receive these orders and ensure their health, or when possible I intentionally select an order date when I know I can be home.
I am not sure if anyone else experiences this, but this is just a heads up for anyone who might choose to order from WWC.
