Wxm module help

I bought a used wxm and i can’t seam to pair it with my apex jr or the mp10.
The status light is on but the wireless light just keeps blinking.
Any help would be great

Did you go and check to see if it’s listed on the web interface?
Did you reboot the system

Rebooted and it comes up on the system Under modules on display and on aqua controller but not in fusion

The module itself doesn’t show up in fusion now you need to attach eithervthe pumps or lights
It may not do it right away so do it a couple times if it doesn’t make sure you update the firmware as well

You have the pumps
If so you have to do it on the pump your pumps are wireless
If so then you’ll need to read the ecotech pump manual
I haven’t read it in a while
If you have a radion light you do it on the Apex web interface as is shown

Still no go
I think it’s got something to do with the wireless part of the wxm since that light keeps blinking

It comes up on the classic dashboard , mp10 blinks blue /yellow meaning it’s connected but the outlets don’t come up

Only thing that I can see wrong is the wireless light blinking instead of being steady

Yup and they say if it flashes blue/ yellow it’s connected

Hold Mode/set

Tap set
If it flashes blue/yellow it’s connected
If red/blue it’s not

I read on Neptune’s page to make sure that both lights are steady yellow but they don’t give you a option for if they aren’t lol

Under the locked tiles? Yes and nothing there. I wonder if there’s anything else interfering with the signal

You have an issue with the echotech wireless chip. It is no longer working pictured below
(It is not showing a revision number or RF channel. )

You can try to update the wireless chip, but most likely it will need to get replaced.
Be patient this can take longer then 5 minutes and if disrupted before it finishes typically ends bad and gives what you are currently seeing on your WXM.
(I am not saying this is how you got your WXM in this state)
