Wyze cam on apex

Wyze cam released a new beta app that allows for rtsp streaming but the URL it creates is rtsp which is not supported by fusion. Anyone know how to convert it to a supported url

There is likely more than that as you also will need to punch a hole in your home firewall and have a dynamic dns set up or static up which is both difficult for most to do and also creates a significant security risk.

When you connect to your cam to the Internet through a port forward / opening a port, the only thing that you are putting at risk is the video feed of that device. If a hacker was to scan the open port, they would only be able to see that video. Most cameras have user names and passwords attached to them. The intruder would need that as well.
