I just ordered a pom pom xenia frag from aquasd that I am planning on putting in my sump and letting it go wild. I have a decent fuge light but it obviously has no blue spectrum. Anybody ever have this work with a fuge light or should I fork over the $ for a cheap blue light for my sump? $20 on aquasd currently if anybody was looking for some by the way.

Idk why Xenia would need blue light honestly. It’ll grow in a mudhole. I have blues in my biocube but I don’t know why it would NEED them

I have started my Xenia fuge with a 15watt reef spectrum light bulb I got on Ebay. When the light is off in the morning the whole frag is all shriveled up. Within a half hour the Polyps are out pulsing. I am thinking about building a stronger light for them since I have a couple extra 200w Meanwell drivers. 20220120_074554.jpg
