If anyone is looking for some XM bulbs there are 10 250 watt 20k bulbs on Ebay. I just bought 10 250W 10k XMs from the seller for $15 a piece. Pretty good deal on one of the best bulbs made. I think I have enough now to last me over 20 years. LOL

That's a blast from the past.

I can't believe they are still on there. I run the 10k and they put out some serious light.
If I could figure a way to deal with the heat without using a chiller, I would still be doing mh and vho.
But the summer electric bills, with 2 tanks, four 250 watt mh and 6 vho bulbs, the wife started making trouble when the bills had to be paid.
I love the color, and the growth.

Im running 2 fans on my tank. Ones built in the light and a cheap hang on from Amazon. Tank stays rock solid at 78°. It does add some heat to the room but its not that bad.

Once my chiller was installed, it was smooth sailing. But before it was a constant swapping of ice jugs from the freezer, multiple fans, etc.

I see alot of interest in mh lighting these days. Makes one think,,,,,,,,
