November of 2017 additions: a few more easier corals line digis, montis, micromussa, some fish like the kole tang, pearl jawfish, and this is when I really started to see micro fauna start showing up in the tank.... small worms and such. The tank continued to explode with coralline...

Current tank as of March 14th, 2018: 100 gallon peninsula, lighting is a LED/t5 hybrid. 2 Gen 4 Radion XR30's with an Aquatic Life 36" Hybrid t5 fixture. All four t5 bulbs are Blue+. The Radions in the middle ramp up two hours, to a maximum of 45% for 6 hours, then down for two hours. 40 gallon sump houses a Reef Octopus 3000SSS skimmer in sump, a cheato/rubble middle section and the return in the third chamber. Cheato is lit by a Kessil H380, on a reverse schedule from the display lights. Circulation is by 2 WAV pumps set to various schemes all controlled by the Apex controller. ATO is a Tunze, with a 5 gallon RODI everyday container that sits next to the sump. Dosser is an Apex DOS with the DDR contain for alk and cal. Both are currently at Neptune for a warrantee repair, so I've been dosing manually for the last few days. Heater is a Fennix titanium heater that is also controlled by the Apex. Temp stays between 77-78 degrees. I run GFO sporadically and try to keep the po4 under .1. Nitrates have stayed steady at 8 for nearly 5 months now. The tank stand is having custom doors built, so as of right now, the stand is open on all three sides.
Inhabitants are as follows:
1 Male Square Anthias
1 Female Square Anthias
1 Yellow Eye Kole Tang
1 Royal Gramma
1 Diamond Goby
1 6 line wrasse
1 Purple Firefish
1 Pearl Jawfish
5 Blue/Green Chromis
Future inhabitants: 2 Female Bartletts Anthias. They should be arriving today.

Corals are mixed. Nothing high end. My guess is there are about 35+ different kinds. Acros are now doing OK, they live and grow in the tank (that wasn't always the case). I'm still not getting those eye popping colors from some of them though.
The coralline algae growth is now bordering on invasive, and there is Ulva species of macro algae growing in the overflow box. So far it hasn't clogged anything up and I just pick it out when the leaves get large. I'm gonna have to clean my WAV pumps as the coralline is starting grow over them so thick that it's starting to inhibit their flow.

Very nice! What is between you stand and your floor?

What happened to your Citron Gobies?
It's a very dense rubber mat I picked up at Tractor Supply. Heavy and it was the perfect size I didn't have to cut it to fit.
I sent those two coral molesters back to the lfs twice as big and fat as when I got them.

Nice setup, really appreciate a well setup penninsula tank. Never saw a picture though with your finished sides. Also do you regret permanently mounting your PAR unit? or can you move it around?
I'm not sure if I'll ever be finished with it, I love to tinker. I still need to put trim pieces on, and there are plans in my head of a stand ventilation system controlled by the apex. That PAR unit can be moved around, it's not secured to anything. I've just been lazy and haven't moved it in over a month. ;Hilarious

Update: There are two new inhabitants as of last night. 2 female Bartlett's Anthias. I will hopefully get some pics today to put up, the tank was dark by the time I released them from the acclimation box last night. I haven't added any fish in months.

Update: Neptune sent my DOS and DDR back to me yesterday by FedEx. I re-installed both early this morning and did the re-calibration, but I had to head to work and couldn't stick around to check if it was dosing at the proper times. This day can't end soon enough so I can head home and verify everything is alright!
Also, the new Bartlett's Twins are doing great, the rest of the tank has all introduced themselves and no overt aggression. I was worried about the other two larger square anthias and maybe the 6 line might get territorial, but my 6 line really could care less about anyone in the tank. Very friendly, which from reading the forums, is unusual.

Modification that happened a bit over a month ago:

Before: Standard Radion tank mount. I just didn't like how this thing arched over the tank. It made it look like a basket handle to me. Yuck.

After: Now with Aquatic Life Hybrid t5 Fixture, and the Radion diffusers! Much better!

Well, I woke up this morning and my skimmer was making weird noises so I took the opportunity to break it down and do a through cleaning.
What was causing all the ruckus was a calcium build up in that venturi fitting where the air intake meets the water intake right before entering the needle wheel. Easy enough fix.
Also, the needle wheel was clogged with ulva macro algae. Weird.

I'm not concerned, as the corals and fish seem happy, but there's been a trend with the water in the last week I've noticed. The ORP has been lower than it's ever been. It's always been around 400-420, and it's been quite a bit lower as of late. I have no idea what to think of that.
