Did some one have this same problem.
Who is the person that i have to contac her en R2R
( Last week i see in a post a coralvue representative, but i canot find now)
Thanks for the help.

Coralvue/reef octo has a forum on RC... other wise if you call them they should take care of ya.

+1

Coralvue has great customer service and hsould send out a new impeller and in some cases new pump. The new magnets they are sending out are of better quality as well. its just one of those working out the kinks of a new product type of thing.

thanks . i know that i have seen a forum but not was sure is was here or in RC.

I saw a thread similar to this on reef2reef and RC. Seems to be happening all at once with these pumps. So it was probably just a bad batch of impellers. It happens.

Your welcome.

What up Jayson... manufacturing defect!!:squigglemouth:

This just happened to me last week:tongue:
Just send coralvue an email requesting a Return Merchandise # and then send your pump!! you will get a new one quickly and btw the impellers are NEW! let's hope this doesn't happen again!
