Hello.Please help.My second hand XR15 G3 firmware update failed and cannot connect reeflink or connection manager in usb.Why？

EcoTech doesn't monitor this forum very frequently. I'd recommend giving them a call. They're really easy to deal with, and I'm sure they'll help you get this squared away.
