xr30 gen 5 pros need set up help

need help setting up my xr30 pros gen5. want to set them up to ramp up at 9am and down at 9pm using bulk reef settings. can anybody give me step by step instructions to do this . i have no clue what i am doing. tank mostly soft and lps but what to start add some easy sps
point intensity .30%
uv ,violet,royal.blue at 100%
green and red 15%
warm white 20%
cool white 50%

Have you tried any of the default EcoTech templates? The AB+ is fairly popular. All you need to do to configure it is to select the sunrise/sunset, select the template and voila.
