Less than 2 weeksLooks like either diatoms or dinoflagellets. Leaning towards diatoms. How old is the tank?
So should I decrease the time for lighting and reduce feeding? Thanks a lot!Probably diatoms then. They are harmless. They disappear on their own once silicate is eaten. Give it a few weeks.
Not necessary but wont hurt. Silicates come from tap water mostly. So should I decrease the time for lighting and reduce feeding? Thanks a lot!

Yes I used a bottle of BIO spira and it worked like a charm!Sorry looking at the pic, you already have fish and corals in there, I assume you have used a bottle of bacteria to start your tank. If so then leave it as is and as said above, the diatoms will die off.
I myself have always done the long cycle, so I cant comment on the bacteria in a bottle. But cyano comes in all ways of starting a tank and will go sp don't worry.Yes I used a bottle of BIO spira and it worked like a charm!
