Yellow Coris Wrasse Sand Flashing

I have never seen this before and was curious if anyone else's wrasse does this. It will literally go right up to my margarita cardinal at full speed and swipe/flash the sand directly in front of it. If also another fish gets to close to my yellow fiji leather the wrasse body bumps it the leather. I dont think it's any type of disease. Haven't added anything and it's the only fish doing it. Of course when I try and catch a video of it it wont do it.
 
My coris does the same. It doesn’t chase anything but can be a bit of a jerk to my smaller mystery wrasse at feeding time. Never seen it nip or anything, just more puffing it’s chest and fully extend its fins.
