I recently moved, and thus moved my tank. My tang has been acting normal, but I’ve noticed some lines on him and was wondering if it is HLLE? Or maybe just some scrapes from other fish, stress, or rock scrapes?

I see stress mark and two possible light scratches which should heal on its own
Keep an eye on fish

That’s what I was hoping for, there was a hiccup in setting up the tank so they had to stay in 5 gallon buckets for longer than planned. He is eating nori and frozen like normal

I don't think it's Hlle since the water seems clear and your fish seem well feed so mabey little stress from transport.

That's not HLLE, that looks different in yellow tangs.
