Yellow watchman gobies

Are yellow watchman gobies more or less prone to disease? This is probably a stupid question but am I taking a big risk if I don't quarentine it...can' t risk my tailspot blenny or yellowtail damsel unless there is some downside to QTing them....I didn't QT the blenny and after 2 weeks he's just fine...I ask this question out of pure lazyness, of course...:p
