Yet another toadstool not opening thread

I recently purchased a toadstool coral. I added it to my tank on 7/9 and it still hasn't opened as of today 7/25.

I know they do this sometimes, but doesn't this seem rather long? Everything else in the tank looks fine, including my other toadstool. Placement is similar to my other toadstool as far as lighting and flow.

Is this normal? Should I consider moving it? How long is too long?

I would move to an area if increased flow. It should have opened by now.
