You should see if anyone wants it... there are a surprising amount of people who are interested in keeping these (myself included) and it’s not like you can walk into the lfs and ask for a 17 year old bristle worm. I know if I had a tank for it I’d take it, I’m sure there are others who could make room for such an interesting animal.

I am far from being a specialist, but I am inclined to believe that the population will balance itself with the available food in your tank

The weird thing is this tank just houses a lion fish and a green spot mandarin . There is technically no food broadcast to the tank - just copepods. And the lion is fed live /thawed

They would feed on the detritus left over from the lionfish. They're a bit messy in terms of most reef fish aren't they?

There are always leftovers for bristle worms.
