Your favorite clowns

[Alanna Horn]

I was thinking of putting 2 clowns in my tank, other than maroon clarkii. If you have any suggestions, post here!

My personal favorite is Wyoming white. My wife likes the black phantom.

I bought one of each and they have paired up.

I really like the looks of storm clowns. Orange > Black > Mocha for me.

Storm clowns
Davinci extreme

The Grade A Premium Snowflake clownfish are my favorites.

[homer1475]

Midnight clowns.

Only thing I've noticed with the midnight's being all black, my tank has a black background which makes them hard to see sometimes. I often think they may have jumped, when in reality their just against the background.

I like the patterns on orange storms, bullet hole clowns, and Dalmatian clowns.

I know you said that you aren’t looking for maroons, but I also really like Lightnings.

Thank you so much! This is very helpful

[Cell]

Bozo was my fave.

[Florida Sunshine]

Love my Picasso and would love to get a naked clown as well.

[Crabs McJones]

Lightning maroon clowns are my favorite. I hope to own them someday :)

[Ebslinger]

Amphiprion ocellaris without a doubt. I prefer the normal color morph...

I know it's a little boring.

I saw a DaVinci extreme clown and an orange storm clown at the fish store and they looked soooo cool!

@PacificEastAquaculture has some bullethole clownfish on their website right now that are amazing!

Those are my favourites, along with the black and mocha storms. Have an orange and mocha storm myself

[leewish]

I've never been a fan of the dark clownfish but I gotta say I'm really starting to like the look of Mochavinci's

[OrionN]

WC Percula, Onyx if possible.

[Westside Guy]

I originally wanted Picassos but my wife insisted on Gladiators and I purchased a pair from ORA through my LFS and I absolutely love looking at them.

There is an absolutely stunning pair of Leopard Clownfish available for sale right now on the R2R marketplace (link includes several fish but worth scrolling down to see the black and white clowns).
