Both are not hard if fed 4x a day. Check my post in the Nutrition section.

I'm more concerned with the cowfish dying and wiping the tank. The filefish is beautiful, but no acropora can be added, and I hear it's tough to get them onto normal food.

they came with a piece of Acro but they will not touch it now. They ate live brine the day I got them. Now they do need multiple feedings a day of a varied diet, so if anyone whats to try, do not do it if you are not prepared.
 
My porcupine puffer has an awesome personality
He's only 3 inches purposely bought him small but I hand feed him, he follows me around the tank constantly trying to steal my attention and occasionally let's me rub his belly
