Your Kidney for a Cell Phone?

It was reported that there was a man that sold one of his kidneys for a cell phone. My 13 yr old daughter insists that it would be totally worth it, after all she can survive with one kidney, but not without a cell phone. :squigglemouth:

If you could never use a cell phone again, unless you gave up a kidney, would you do it?

I couldnt manage at all...

I have to have my phone, I get calls on it all the time and I have to use it to get my stuff done, when Im out and about and someone needs to get ahold of me ASAP, I have to have my phone, Its ALWAYS by my side, and I always text back within 5 minutes or less unless Im busy.

Pretty much, but in reality I would save for the phone if I couldnt afford it at the moment.

(clowns101) ^ LOL.. it would be a hard reality to face. My daughter, however, doesn't see it that way. I heard a radio station asking this same question, and the whole time I was in the car, every caller said, "Yes, they would definitely give up a kidney to keep their phones."

My niece would sell her on mother before giving up her cellphone and she has only had one for a year. The sad part is she never calls anyone. If she needs something she text and still can spell. :bigsmile:
