Ordered from your reef . Bad weather and item arrived a lil slower . Not their fault . New bulb would not fire . Called ELOS . ELOS pushed back on the vendor . What a tool . Any who John @ YR took care of me and sent me a Helios bulb instead . No issues with the Helios and they credited my shipping back . He even sent the Helios bulb out before he got the ELOS back .So no Elos product will come in my home (ever!! ) . Any who had nothing to do with YR but I want to send out a thank you to the YR for providing great service .
