YouTube disappeared from iPhone activities

I’ve been uploading from my iPhone photos app instead of from YouTube itself because it lets me upload in HD, where YouTube does not even if I set it to upload at 1080p or same quality. After changing some settings on my google and gmail accounts YouTube has disappeared from the list of apps I can forward vids to. Does anyone know how to add it back to the list? It’s also not in the list of apps I can turn on and off for sharing.

I notice the same issue. I think it's resulted from apple's OS update.
