Zebra eel feeding

I recently got a zebra eel. I was planning on feeding it raw table shrimp. Do I need to thaw it before feeding or can I feed it frozen? Thx

I thaw mine. I don't think feeding it frozen would be a good idea.

Thaws in no time.
Put the prawn in a little container of aquarium water & leave it a while.

Pour the prawn flavoured water into the tank - zebra will smell it & come out looking to feed :)
